Why do I want to lose weight?

One important thing you must know is that losing weight is not only a matter of "clothes don't fit anymore", it's more of a health issue, there's nothing wrong with fat ppl who have some extra pounds but if you're gaining weight because "of your bad habits" you'll keep gaining and gaining untill you reach a level where "the come back" is harder (especially that old bad habits die hard) and then you'll start having healthy troubles as you all know.. So the best thing to do is to control your weight, keep an eye on it, be the master of your body take control of the situation.

Am I ready to sacrifice the easy life Im living for a new one that has a "things-to-do list"?

As I already said old habits die hard, it's not easy to give up on something fun that we got used to doing for soo long and that's easy to do and needs no effort. But, there's nothing free in this world actually, you want a nice body with no or less fat than you have now? stop laying on couch all day eating chips or whatever while watching TV.. Sorry but that's how it works everything has a price..

Do I have the Real will to change? or is it just an enthusiastic moment?

It happens to everyone.. That moment when you think that you can do anything, you're full of hope and you feel that everything will be easy and all you think about is the result.. and that's a good thing but unfortunately it doesn't last for long enough :( especially if you're a lasy person you might give up quickly, so think a lot take a decision and know that it's a commitment to be respected.. Try to always find ways to motivate yourself: think about the result, check out others succeccful stories... Anything that would help you go on.

Do I have the patience? or am I gonna give up in the middle?

It's a long road to take so you gotta be patient, stay away from all the "lose weight fast" ads, it doesn't work you're not gonna lose any, or you are going to lose some pounds but it's dangerous and unhealthy, stick to natural stuff and be patient, you're not gonna start seeing any changes the first few days it takes time and you should be aware of it.. aim for changing your life style and begining a new life for the long term.. the results will come on their own at time and you're gonna LOVE EM :)

...And Good Luck :)
